    Heating Your home

Setting your heat high won’t make your home warm quicker! There’s no need to set your heat higher than 60 degrees centigrade. If your heat is set any higher, your boiler will combine the hot water with cold water and bring down the temperature.

Do I have a commercial boiler?

Possibly. Generally, boilers over 50Kw are classed as commercial and if the combined power of all the gas appliances in the property is under 70Kw then this is within the scope of a Domestic Gas Engineer. If you go over this threshold or the property needs bigger appliances that combined will go over 70Kw, then a Commercial Engineer will be needed. We’re fully licensed to deal with any Commercial & Domestic unit and offer high-quality installation and repairs on all gas units throughout Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
